BAKEOFF/COOKBOOK

26th May 2011
Started going round local businesses for prizes for the Bakeoff at Aviva on June 10th and there are some lovely people out there! After handing out several letters and being told these would get passed on to management I went into the Bean Shop in George Street and immediately the friendly staff offered to make up some bags of coffee there and then, how nice! Thanks very much. Also very very nice lady in Cafe Tabou gave me money out of her own purse for the Fund and introduced me to the Chef for getting a recipe for the cookbook I am organising. I had a great response for this so far, and am looking forward to getting started on the book some time in August when I have the recipes in. And the very next day Fiona from Lakeland Plastic called and said we could have £25 vouchers for the bakeoff, thanks so much for this! If you would like to donate a prize or a recipe for my cookbook please get in touchXXXX
